Villa Belmonte is a two-story villa with a walkable area of 200 square meters. Villa Belmonte can accommodate up to ten people, in a warm and elegant atmosphere.
The ground floor has a large living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The living room and kitchen areas all communicate with the patio and the outdoor dining area.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, including one suite, and bathrooms. There is a study with a book collection too.
The bedrooms and the living room are named after the feelings they inspire and the objects that “live” them.
Outside the villa, to the rear, there is the laundry room.
